At Cornerstone, we offer safe, supervised opportunities for students in grades 6‑12 to skateboard and climb during regular programming hours. These activities give youth a fun way to build skills, stay active, and connect with others.
Our SkatePark is open to students in grades 6‑12 Monday's - Thursday's from 3:00–6:00 PM and on Friday's from 3-5:30 PM & 6:30–9:00 PM.
Our 19‑foot indoor Rock Climbing Wall is offered to students in grades 6‑12 during Friday programming hours — both in the afternoon and evening. Climbers must also complete the permission form prior to use. All climbing gear is provided, and activities are supervised by trained staff and volunteers.
Safety is a priority. Students are required to wear helmets at all times while skateboarding. Scooters are welcome in the SkatePark, but BMX bikes are not permitted for safety reasons.
All participating youth must have:
- A parent or legal guardian must complete the required permission form (linked at button below) before skateboarding, scootering, or rock wall climbing.
- A properly fitted helmet must be worn (Cornerstone has helmets, boards and scooters available to use).
Skateboarding and rock climbing are more than just activities — they offer students opportunities to challenge themselves, grow in confidence, and form positive friendships. With supportive supervision and intentional space for exploration, students are encouraged to try new things and feel known within our community.
