In September of 2024, I began working with Cornerstone as a Development Coordinator and have moved into the Administrative Assistant position in June of 2026. Early in my life I worked with my church youth group for several years and helped to plan and implement events and activities to help the students grow and thrive in their walk with God. I then started a career in the world of geriatrics, working in recreational therapy and creating events to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Association. Between creating meaningful events for the elderly and sharing their legacies with others, I thoroughly enjoyed the art of storytelling and creating opportunities for their voice to be heard. I believe that is such a vital quality for our youth as well. Building bridges and connecting with the community is such an important piece to what I enjoy cultivating. Raising awareness by sharing another’s story is what builds bridges and I’m thrilled to be a part of a ministry that shares that mission. I’m married to Kevin and together we have a beautiful blue-eyed wonder boy named Drew, who is obsessed with everything trains. When I’m not adventuring (or playing trains) with my family, you can find my nose in a book or walking the trails.
