Facility Rentals
Interested in renting our space? To request a potential rental date, please complete our online Facility Rental Request Form. If your requested date is available, we will follow up with a Rental Agreement.

Available Rental Spaces:
The Mix (up to 60 people)
Cost: $50 per hour
This versatile 1,800 sq. ft. space is ideal for parties, banquets, receptions, and more. The Mix offers plenty of room to gather, celebrate, and connect.
ADA Accessible
SkatePark (up to 60 people)
Cost:
$100/hour (no skating or rock wall)
$150/hour (skating or rock wall)
$200/hour (skating and rock wall)
The SkatePark is perfect for birthday parties and energetic group events. When skateboarding, scootering or rock wall climbing is included, a Certified Cornerstone Supervisor is required. The space is also great for basketball, 9-square, group games, and more.

Café (up to 20 people)
Cost: $50 per hour (no food, drinks, or supplies provided)
Our newly updated Café is ideal for smaller gatherings where food and drinks are served. While Cornerstone does not provide food or beverages, a Keurig coffee maker is available for use.

Cost: $25 per hour (no food, drinks, or supplies provided)
The kitchen includes two commercial-grade propane ovens, a large propane stove, commercial sinks, and a serving window that opens into The Mix.

This quiet, comfortable room is ideal for meetings, trainings, and small group gatherings. It can easily seat 9–16 people.
